Error in Billing

I disconnected my frontier services at the end of 2023. I paid my final bill for all services rendered.
In January I received a bill for $53.50 for restocking and cleaning fee.

This in effect is a fee for closing my account. It has since been turned over to collections and i am disputing it.

The customer service rep was great but nothing has been done. There is a reason i cancelled with Frontier and this review is one result that i would never return.

Had to cancel my service due to lack of funds.
Called customer service got my service canceled got an email saying zero balance.
Today I get a bill in the mail for $50.
Called customer service they advised me that the $50 was for a restocking fee for a modem. For a modem that I was being charged an extra $10 a month this modem that I had over 5 years, outrageous.
How can we let companies like this get away with this robbery outrageous.
Please contact a congress representative for your area and let them know about this robbery.

Biggest scam.. Lousiest service..

only robotic automated customer service (wether by telephone or on their website or by opening a order ticket) regardless which one theyre each programmed to
1. Collect every possible information, from email, bank info, cell #, etc
2. Collect a payment
3. Sell a new product

Never a live person
The automated gave me a SATURDAY 8:00am-5:00pm appointment, never showed up till 9:00pm with zero curtsy call/text from technician or anyone. Then on SUNDAY assumed a reschedule for MONDAY 8:00-5-00pm..How reliable is this company and how low is their customer integrity SCAMMER, for Frontier is a milking the client is their mission
