1. They can't even keep track of which phone numbers I have. They have incorrect records and after being notifiied that they have a phone number for my account which incorrect, they don't fix it.
2. They list my number as a copper line...it isn't and never was.
3. I pay for International calling plan. When I try to dial international calls, I get a message the International calls are NOT allowed on my number.
For over one year I have called repeatedly and asked them to fix this...they never have...and seem so
completely incompetent that they have no idea how to run a telephone internet company.
Whatever you do, don't do business with these idiots...they can't even tie their shoes much less run a phone/internet company....unless your standard of service is a poor third world company. 127dccd
