August bill: Charged $29.99 instead of $14.99. Complained and was given a credit on next bill. A $3 credit on the bill from Frontier's "value Pricing" 10% discount (when you bundle services, in our case - local phone + Internet).
September bill: Same thing - charged $29.99 instead of $14.99. Complained and was given a credit on next bill. A $3.70 credit on the bill from Frontier's "value Pricing" 10% discount (when you bundle services, in our case - local phone + Internet).
October bill: Charged $17.99 instead of $14.99. Complained to Frontier's "Executive Escalation Service" in Charleston, WV. Were told introductory $14.99 offer is really $17.99 minus $3 credit. We said that the publicized offer should be explicit about the charges. Were told that no where in the offer does it say that "$14.99" would be printed on our bill. HUH???? We also said that we were not being given the full "value Pricing" 10% discount. When we compute our total bill (phone + Internet), our September bill should really be less than what we were charged. We lost this battle.
Moral of the story: Frontier is pulling a fast one. As soon as I can find another way to achieve broadband Internet at a reasonable price, I will drop Frontier. 127df1a
