I signed up for a 38$ plan and I was billed 97$.The features that were supposed to be included in my plan,were NOT!I was charged 95 cents for each instance of *69.They kept transferring me to someone in repairs. I DO NOT NEED REPAIRS,I NEED the phone package I signed up for.I was informed that there IS NO package for 38$ and their computer shows I signed up for a 58$ plan-of course with a ton of additional charges.No one was able to give me an answer to why I was being ripped off.But they have NO PROBLEM in transferring me repeatedly to someone else who knows NOTHING!38$ ?-- MY ***! 127e01b

It took me six months to straighten out the plan I signed up for. Now, my account number is not recognized when I try to pay on line. They ask for a pin number that is suppose to be on your bill. I can't find it. I'm going back to comcast!!!
