We were contacted by one of your CSR's within thirty days
to entice us to return to our previous services at a discount so we agreed". The next day we began receiving marketing calls/. These calls usually say "Unavailable" or Unknown caller so we cannot report them.. We feel as though we are forced to answer in order to stop these calls! Ignoring them does't change a thing/.
We highly resent being forced to pay for services in order to screen our calls, plus caller ID does no good if the caller/marketing firm is not enforced to identify themselves'.
We get few personal calls so most of them end up being marketing calls from Frontier, or non-profit groups wanting donations(7am-8:30pm Sundays) and who claim they are "exempt" from the Do Not Call List;.
If we need to cut down on expenses we know you're number and we will contact you?. We don't appreciate being bombarded by solicitaion calls'.
If we were able to have a cell phone here we would drop you like a hot potatoe! We are beyond annoyed about your lack of responsibility for continual phone harassment! 127e114
