Frontier Communications has IRREFUTABLY violated the agreed upon Terms of our Contract by performing an upgrade ON THE DATE NOT SPECIFIED ON OUR VERBALLY RECORDED CONTRACT.

Between the time of 10:38 and 10: 37 on September 30th, 2015, Frontier technicians performed an upgrade which forced me offline three times, and permanently damaged my computer and the devices attached.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, however, is that all my Assets were online, in a state of flux.

My Assets were guaranteed secure,

INSOFAR AS I AM ABLE TO MAINTAIN A STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION TO ENSURE THEY REMAIN SECURE.

Frontier Communications performed the upgrade which resulted in the loss my Assets ON A DIFFERENT DAY THAN AS SPECIFIED IN OUR MUTUALLY AGREED UPON CONTRACT; Therefore Frontier Communications VOIDED THAT CONTRACT, and is directly responsible for recouping my losses and compensating me for the stress and mental anguish that I experienced as a result of errors, term violations, inexcusable customer, along with projected Assets that I WOULD HAVE ACQUIRED, HAD MY CONNECTION REMAINED STABLE.

Initially a recompensation of no less than 40 months Credited Internet Service was posited.

However, Credit has much less value than Liquid Assets, and so therefore it would requore at least 80 months of Credited Service in order to recoup, as it will take many years to do so.

I am dependant on the intenet never disconnecting.

During an extremely important phone call, would anyone like that phone line to disconnect?

And how would anyone feel when the phone company was proven responsible, and still tried to EVADE THEIR OWN TERM VIOLATIONS AND BLAME YOU.

THESE ARE DOCUMENTED FACTS.

Frontier Communications IS stalling, hoping I'll just forget about it and move.

However, since my Assets have been permantley lost, I cannot and will not.

The more Frontier Communications denies and delays this process the further they compound the rate of compensation.

It seems they think I am unwilling or unable to prosecute them. I can assure Frontier Communications that I CAN and WILL file a lawsuit, against them, and if that happens, I will demand exponentially more than I am currently willing to accept.

AS OF THIS MOMENT, INDEFINITELY, I HAVE NO INTERNET.

JUST THE DAY BEFORE THIS, DUE TO DOCUMENTED ERRORS ON THEIR END, I PAID FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS OVER $300 TO SATISFY A $91.86 BALANCE.

SO I HAVE OVERAID FRONTIER, I HAVE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT, I HAVE NO INTERNET, AND DUE TO THEIR CONTRACT VIOLATIONS I NO LONGER HAVE ANY TANGIBLE ASSETS.

THIS IS NOW SIMPLY A MATTER OF WHETHER THEY WANT TO SETTLE THIS IN OR OUT OF COURT.
