VERY Bad Customer Service - They put you on hold and transfer to another agent without any resolution. You waste 1-2 hours every time you call with no resolution.

I started with an agent on Chat - Sorry I do not have access to help you. Please call tech support 1-80*-219-****. I requested him to escalate my issue. He says - "I would not be able to escalate this issue because I am not the support team needed for this issue."

I called Tech support 1-80*-219-****. Agent could not access my account. Put me back in que. The second agent was able to access my account and put me on hold for 25 minutes and hang up later.

Issue still not resolved.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Frontier Communications Cons: Pretending not to find my acct, Entire experience.
