please call me as I have switched over last month from bright house afte well over 20 years to Verzion , I have contacted your corp office no reply - this has been the worst experience of my life ,your supervisors wont return emails /calls... I don't have the service... I ordered cant even access my voice mail ..and went through holly *** to just to get to this point !!!!! File a complain with the FCC. They are the only way to file a complaint against fronter. No city and or state agency has an impact as the FCC.
Fronter will have 30 days from date of complain to resolve issue.
