Loss of service 5 days out of first 7 and counting. Charged for services that were supposed to be free and also for equipment. Disconnected and returned such equipment and lost TV connection. Can't blame Consumers Services or employees it's probably the Wells Fargo Syndrome.Everything starts at the top. Sell the services get the bonuses. But just for the big guys. Southern Il here they keep telling me area of high demand lol its 3 am most of the time when our internet randomly goes red, no *** way. Lady promised tech will be here tomorrow , have to call back because out again for guy to tell me same ticket will be denied when tech sees it. I was on the phone for an hour, transfered 4, and hung up on. I was calling to make a payment arrangements, and set up auto pay. I haven't been able to get through to billing since the change over. I emailed, and never got a responce, I've logged on to chat, only to be on hold for over an hour, waiting to connect to an operator, and I got through tonight, but as you can see my screen shot, again, 1 hour. I had previously had an excellent experience with Frontier's customer service. Just last week I was telling coworkers about them. This week I had to retract it all. Thursday at 10am my FiOS service went down. I did all the usual troubleshooting stuff plus a bunch more and the issue was clearly that the fiber line was down (no transport light on the ONT, router failing to connect PPPoE). I received a notice about an overdue payment with a date of 1/14/17 for required receipt of payment. My service for incoming calls was shut off 2 weeks beforehand, despite the fact that my notice did not state anything about service having been stopped. When I spoke with customer service representative and said this was "unfair" she had the audacity to imply that I was being unfair to Frontier by being overdue in paying the bill. Additionally... Wrost costumer service ever . Bad an apointment for technician coming in to install wifi in between 2-4 .No one shows up . i call the costumer service wait 1 hour and they reschedule my appointmnet for no apparant reason .

I just received a bill for nearly $300 even though I was paid up through the end of December. And here it is, only the 9th of January, and not only are they claiming that I owe this large bill, they upped the cost of my monthly services from $109 to about $145!! While calling for problems with my tv a sales representative got on the phone to sell me something. I adamantly told her I couldn't afford any more than what I was paying monthly now so if she could get it for me without increasing my payment she could do it. I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday with the tech department about one of my phone lines not working properly. After all that I was told a tech would have to come to my home to address the issue and I need to be home waiting from 8am-5pm.
