I was quoted $51.99 per month for a basic bundle. In addition to this, a $400 gift card for switching over. I called in twice and spoke to two different representatives who confirmed this. beware of this company for false billing. changed over from Verizon late DEC at frontiers request ..over the last couple years i paid Verizon about 230 dollars a month .. when i communicated with frontier i was told my new bill would be around 162 .00 per month .. got a bill for 566.89 ..they are telling me to pay that bill and MAYBE it will get resolved in 3-4 months ..i think this is their policy to where consumers down to just pay whatever...Read more

We ported our telephone number and then Frontier closed our account. Called, after 4 hours on the phone they wanted to charge $80 and required a deposit. Needless to say, the new provider is coming to install new services today. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
This should have been my 5TH year of service with my Frontier/Dish 3 bundle package TV, phone & Internet)! Frontier has mostly been OK in my experience; and i give them fine ratings on everything except Internet speed which has been manageable with only 2 of us and little to rare streaming! Dish on the other hand, has done something unheard of to my knowledge; I think I have become the first customer ever to be "Terminated" their words not mine....Read more
I would not recommend your service to my worst enemy. I am paying for service that I am not getting. I don't know how many times a day I lose connection to the internet. I was told I am in a busy or whatever area and the service cannot be upgraded. After trying to work the issues as laid out in in my August 31 2016 posting, I have finally given up. I have cancelled my FIOS TV with Frontier, even though I will have to pay an early termination fee. It is worth it! I also signed up thru dish sat for internet thru frontier, I had been really "understanding" for the past four months since I put it in. I signed a contract for 2 yrs for service speeds of 24 as a minimum. I NEVER EVER got near that speed. Speed was consistently 2.0 to 7.0 7.0 was when absolutely only one device was on. as soon as I turned on one more, it dropped to 2.0 .
