Frontier Communications - Fraudulent billing and shutoff
Today our service was turned off and when we called they said we owed 3 different bills, 2 of which are from 2009, 2010. We didn't even sign up for service until late 2013. They expect us to pay $700 worth of bills that aren't ours. They say the bills are for our address, my boyfriends name, and SS#. He didn't even live in this state back then. We will be contacting BBB and CA.
Frontier Communications - Constantly solict
once again, frontier rings and rings and rings the doorbell....ignoring my bold signs NO SOLITING, DO NOT DISTURB. Uneducated, when ask why they ignored my posting replies 'My boss said every house no matter what'.

3 different agents on 3 different days assured me that I would pay a specific amt per month, only to find out in the end that what they all quoted me at was wrong.
Frontier Communications Internet Service Review
Called a total of 6 times today about internet being out. Disconnected twice, told by two that I need a new router, told by one that her system said I couldn't have a new router??, told by the last one there was an outage in my area ( funny she's the only one that sees this, maybe just convenient). Went through "testing steps" each time, seriously just fix it!
