This is the worst company ever! They know The service is bad and that's the reason you can't speak to a real person...that is reserved for dummys like me who order a land line. The static is horrible and naturally it isnt external so I had to leave work early to bust s#$ home and here I sit 90 minutes later waiting...can't call because the great and wonderful voice service cuts me off each time

This is so unacceptable. I had a $20.18 overpayment on my account when I discontinued service with Frontier Communications. (The overpayment by the way was because THEY miscalculated my last bill.) I had to wait 90 days for a refund AND when I got the refund it was on debit card and was for only for $16.42. It turns out that Frontier also charges you for the debit card in order to get your refund. Bad service - bad customer relations. Unacceptable Frontier Communications!!!!

The letter was wrong and the card did contain the full amount of refund. This issue has been resolved.

Closed my account July 3rd and have been waiting for a refund ever since. Everyone I talk to says you should get it in a week. That was a month ago.

Frontier Communications - Worst internet service/ no refund/ tech accepted company know about issue in my area

From last 1 year I had more than 6-7 service calls when tech came to my home . Called tech support more than 25 times . Because my internet stops working.it just drops. One time while chatting with a tech he accepted area surver allready told top management about issue in my area ( I have printoutof chat)but they never fixed it and now after a year of service they are offering me only $47 refund. I wasn’t able to give my fax number to anyone from 6 months because I don’t know when someone fax me it will be working or no. I pay 102$/ month for 10 days of working internet.i go to Starbucks every morning because my internet doesn’t work. It’s a fraud and am going to court with every thing I have .
