Unbelievable company, never ever had I experienced such bad service with any service company, PERIOD !! I handed dealing with their worthless customer service department over to my wife, because I had lost patience. Chino Hills California I was told I would receive phone internet and cable for 153.00 a month. My problem was with the way they billed me. I would pay a bill, then less than a week later I would get another bill. I called customer service, and it seemed no one had the same information about me in front of them. It would seem my account number would give all rep' s access to my account. They made me feel like a irresponsible teenager. I dropped them after over 10 years as a customer.

I've spent an average of an hour and a half on the phone with this joke of a company trying to resolve tv internet and billing issues. No one can help. Always getting bounced around to different "support" techs. Awful company. When they scheduled a tech to come out on 2 different occasions NO ONE came. Where do I begin? My internet NEVER works. I pay monthly not only my Frontier bill, but Netflix, Hulu, Verizon, and several other bills every month that require my internet to be working. I have lost thousands of dollars in the last year because of Frontier. Dec 2016- was offered by Frontier to upgrade Internet speed for $10 a month with absolutely No service contract renewal. Was told by a Frontier tech and a customer svc rep this upgrade would require No new service contract. I then agreed to upgrade since internet speed had been so bad since the takeover by Frontier. Frontier promised a 3 year no increase deal which I signed up for December of 2014. When I quit multiple phone, internet, etc. with them back in 2014. I had to fight them over their overcharges and increases. Since I keep very specific notes, and after they wouldn't correct my account, I had to file a complaint with the BBB. I signed a contract with Verizon not frontier. My bill was consistently increasing. they even managed to dump all my movie rentals from the time of the merger to last month on my bill instead of billing on the follow bill after renting it that month. My on Demand, Live TV and DVR stopped working and contact them several times to get the issue resolved and it never was and yet they kept charging me for those services. They would always say... I called frontier because I saw a deal on the internet for phone and internet. I got the deal and the service hooked up. When my bill came it was 80$ higher than the deal that was originally promised to me. I have been on the phone for three hours waiting for a supervisor. They have really long wait lines for the phone. They hope customers wait so long that they hang up and so they do not have to resolve things with them. They are very crooked.... Read more
