DO NOT EVEN THINK about signing up with them, worst customer service, worst billing department and the worst of all there employees. Services work 2 days a month and they don't care about businesses. My cable services was changed from Verizon to Frontier and before the end of the contract term, I called Frontier for a price quote. Frontier is among the worst if not the worst company we have ever dealt with in our 70 years. One would NOT believe the trouble and unkept promises we've had with this Lousy Frontier Non-Communications. Made online payment. Recieved e-verification from Frontier. Funds cleared my bank the next day. Two days later services disconnected for non payment. Frontier rep defended their actions as appropriate because it may take Frontier up to FIVE days to record onto your account. WHAT???? TERRIBLE COMPANY TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO!

I am so Ready to sue this company ! They are charging different amount on Texas State Taxes for customers that live in Rowlett versus Garland. Arent state taxes charges suppose to be the same for all Customers in Texas? Or it is just because one customer is american and the other is hispanic?

They use a company called Sykes to handle there customer service. Worst trained people in the world . I used to work there. They're more concerned with selling you something than solving your problem. This is a requirement. Turnover is over 70% . They will hire any one with a pulse......

GOODBYE FIOS! For three years you were the best Internet/cable experience we ever had. Then those *** Yankees, Frontier Communications, took over and you were the worst since Dish Network! I despised Brighthouse Network when we were in Pinellas Co., but they will install in 24 hours while Frontier won't send a repair tech for 60 hours!
I had Verizon for my tv, internet, and telephone/voicemail provider for 15 years. Never had a problem at all...not even when they started offering wifi. Everything worked perfectly all the time. This is the worst internet company in the history of the internet. (Really wish I was exaggerating) I pay for MAX speed for my area and only receive maybe 5 mpbs on a CLEAR, semi warm day...if it's remotely cold, forget about playing on Xbox live. Their customer service, once in a blue moon is terrific, otherwise, they are just as awful as their service. As for tech support, what a joke! Overcharged!! They said I signed a contract with Verizon and I did not. I was offered that option if I wanted a Visa card. I chose no Visa card no contract! $189 bill and for 19 days I got back $56. I was promised all the same services that I received with Verizon when Frontier took over. I had rented quite a few movies before I found out they were no longer offering the points. The people are very nice but their systems are perhaps the worst I have ever seen in my life. We have been with them for a year and have had to call them every month due to billing issues. The people we speak with really try to help but their hands are tied but the unreliability of their account system. We love the product. Such a shame but we are ready to give up.Read more
