When I called on Monday I sat n hold for over 2 hours and finally gave up and went to bed. Called back Wednesday and was told I had the best package I could get even though I know others who are paying much less.

Hello SuperiorCaiman176, I apologize for the trouble you have had while trying to reach support. Based on what you have written here on your review, it sounds like the packages you were finding online are new customer offers.

The representatives you spoke with were correct, and they are not available to existing customers. What we can do is take a look at your account and make sure you are getting the best rate for the plan you have now, and also compare some alternate package line ups to see if a different bundle fits your budget better.

I called because my contract is about to expire. I asked for a less expensive plan, but was told mine is the best available. My neighbor pays about half of what I pay& & he has 2 tv s, internet & phone. I have 1tv & internet. I just want a fair price for a 6 year customer.

Frontier Communications - Where is my refund

Closed my account back in June. Returned my equipment so where is my refund. All i get every month is a bill with a credit balance of 80.14 but no refund. Jerked me around for months prior to me closing my account. Poor customer service and double charging my bill. Now im getting jerked around for my refund. Good ridance to this company.

10/22/2019 Still unresolved. Ended up contacting "Office of the President" at https://frontier.com/office-of-the-president-form on 9/23 and finally got to talk with someone.

While they are now responsive and apologetic, nothing has changed. Appointment for repair made...

wanted to see what frontier offered, after 5 minutes of ther questions address information etc etc, i said that i was tired of answering questions, and would they tell me what was available in my area, the girl just hung up because i wouldnt give them permission to log me and call me back. she did not give me information on websites or anything. she did tell me she could help me earlier. just hung up on me.
