Again my mothers phone line will not allow calls to come through to her. Therefore her family is unable to contact her! Is this the first time, No! After spending hours on the phone it’s corrected temporarily.
Now after have a conversation with a 94 year old family friend and hearing he need to contact m mother regarding a matter of importance and was not able to connect even to leave a voice mail, was left in a potentially dangerous situation!!!
Frontier you are a horrible provider!!!
And really Who has hours to spend with you on the line to find a problem will never really be fixed???
An 88 and 94 year old are in jeopardy because of your negligence to properly provide what is paid for imagine that!
