I set up a date with Frontier to close the account. I was still billed.

The next bill came with a credit on the account. By the way, I am set up on auto-pay so the account was never late.I have been informed that the refund takes 90 days!!! Money they should have ever had! My service was cancelled on March 12,2018.

Today is May 17th and I just keep calling . Anyone dealing with this company knows these are AT LEAST 30 to 40 minute phone calls. I was informed by a very nice rep today that it will not be a check. It comes in the form of a Visa card which is from a 3rd party company and does not say Frontier on it!!

She even said don't throw it away because it looks like a credit card offer!! It's painfully obvious that these CRIMINALS are collecting interest on peoples money that they are holding for 3 months!!!! Not to mention counting on people throwing away these refund visa's thinking its JUNK MAIL!!

Can anyone imagine the THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars they are making on peoples money!!!!!!! Something needs to be done!!!!
