I am so Ready to sue this company ! They are charging different amount on Texas State Taxes for customers that live in Rowlett versus Garland. Arent state taxes charges suppose to be the same for all Customers in Texas? Or it is just because one customer is american and the other is hispanic?

Frontier Communications Internet Service Review
I have had slow internet speeds for a couple months now. Service technician has been out twice to fix it and it is still slow. Last summer I was getting a steady average of 4 mbps and now I'm getting a steady average of 0.1 mbps. A *** slow speed and nobody is doing anything about it. I'm fed up with this ridiculous service. I've decided not to pay until it's fixed for a steady amount of time.
