Account is in my fiances name. We signed on at 89.00 a month and NEVER did our bill reflect that amount.
We were on the phone every month trying to figure this out, and paying way over the amount we were supposed to be paying. All the while we are bring promised solutions and being told we would receive credit but get turned off if we did not pay the full, fraudulent amount. Today was the last straw. After being shoved around on customer service for months, paying way more than we were supposed to, dealing with rude, *** employees, and not getting the money back that frontier has been STEALING from us for 8 months after we were already told it was their fault and we would get it back...we switched to Spectrum today.
They will be here about an hour after you guys shut off your crap service. Got some awesome deals for coming back to them and admitting that you guys were complete crooks.
