I have been with frontier for 4 years. Never saw my $5 off/month for signing up for auto pay.

Once my two year guarantee was up my monthly bill went up, and up. Call to ask for details, would get a different story from each rep I spoke with. Finally downgraded service to something more affordable for me and cancelled auto pay (since it wasn't benefitting me only allowing them to pull their outrageous payments). Now this month I suddenly get a recurring charge on my bank statement again.

The odd part is that I changed debit cards since I cancelled auto pay, so apparently they can just set it up with my new card I used for a one time payment without my approval?

When I called regarding the auto pay issue, was told they don't show any such charge only after being transferred 3 times and a total of over an hour on the phone. It's been a never ending nightmare, would have switched years ago but I'm in a tiny town and don't have many options.
