Every month my bill is different. Each time I call they tell me they don't know what is going on with my bill....verbally tell me what to pay, then I get a late fee for not paying the entire bill.
The service rep says they will give me a credit, then there is no credit on the account. They seem to have old, outdated systems - can't access the voice recordings. They keep me on line for over an hour, then make no notes on the account. They refuse to put anything in writing or send an email.
They say they will call back when they don't. How are they still in business?
