Frontier Communications - BAIT AND SWITCH WHEN COMPLAINING
I HAD CALLED FRONTIER TO INQUIRE WHY MY BILL WENT UP. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WAS LOSING MY DISCOUNTS.
I THEN STATED THAT IF THEY COULD NOT MATCH BRIGHT HOUSE THAT I WOULD SWITCH. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY NEW MONTHLY BILLING WOULD BE 149.00 A MONTH, WHICH WAS 20.00 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN BHN. THE NEXT MONTH I GOT THE FRONTIER BILL AND IT WAS 307.13. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS FOR THE NEW MONTHLY AND THE PRO RATED SERVICES WHEN I MADE THE SWICH, BUT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT SIGN A NEW CONTRACT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY DISCOUNTS.
SO I ASKED ABOUT THE DISCOUNTS FOR A NEW CONTRACT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 179.00 MONTHLY. THE TV SERVICE IS CONSTANTLY HAVING PROBLEMS WIHT CHANNELS NOT WORKING, INTERNET SPEED SLOWS TO 2 MBPS, CANT GET RID OF THE PHONE SERVICE TO LOWER THE BILL.

I got slammed I was supposed to be on a $50 promotion for 6 months but my first bill was $172 and I called them and they're talking about we can't access the system right now to fix everything I said oh how convenient is that you can't get in right now wonderful
Me too! Except it took me months of spending an hour or more on the phone with each month's billing. Apparently this is common business practice for them.
BEWARE!
They are horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!
