Bill increases month to month with no valid explanation; service reps wear you down trying to explain monthly statements. They end up offering you credit for their mistakes, however, if you hadn't called and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to fix their billing mistakes, you would not know about their errors intentional or unintentional. BTW: This seems intentional and fraudulent after dealing with them for two or more years.

Frontier is the worst service provider ever. We have 3 DSL lines at our business with 10mbps for each line. However only get 2mbps each. How is it that you pay for something and get crap. FCC does nothing about it and after discussing options of a better service plan. They purposely drop our main line service every morning at the same time in order for us to upgrade the 3 times the amount of fees.. SCANDALOUS.. FYI: Head tech in Pomona Marcus Shields never calls back.

All DSL contracts or well any kind of ISP agreement says up to. Some companies have a business minimum .

DSL is distance based so if you are only getting 2Mb that is probably all you will get. I would look at cable , but rates are still high.

Horrible company with HORRIBLE customer service | Frontier Communications review from Lancaster, California

Being charged for an account that was never installed or service received. To top it, now this non existing account was sent to collections. Customer service dept. and collections department refuse to drop this charge. We have been trying to get this figured out every month since April. Has anyone else been charged for never having service? Any other seniors out there that Frontier is taking advantage of like this?

Contact Better Business Bureau. Give them all the information you have.

They will contact you. Meanwhile keep on top of this with Frontier. Although it is difficult, speak to someone in higher authority in this matter.

Don’t just speak to one of their customer reps cause you will get nowhere. Good Luck.

Details
We changed a few things with our phones. We always had call forwarding. When we made ONE change (removing the national calling 'feature'), they also discontinued our forwarding. They also changed something so that our home alarm system, which goes through our phone, does not operate anymore. Hence, our alarm is useless if someone should break in while we are away. I spent a good deal of time with someone on the phone a few days ago. The problems still exist. Unacceptable service. We will change from Frontier as soon as we can to make sure the features we need are in working order. Shame on them.

Router quit working and when it did it was in and out.They sent me a new router and the thing wouldn’t work. I called in to the help line a total of 7 times. Was hung up on at least 4 times and they didn’t get it going the other 3. I’ve been without internet for a week now.Worst service ever
