Used this service less than one month. Called to put service on suspension, since we are snow birds.

They didn't send any more bills other than the agreed upon first bill but got a letter from an agency three months later threatening us with Bad credit report. Said we owed them $369. for what? So we paid it after calling them for explanation and then got another threatening letter, still no Bill, from a credit reporting agency for $279.

Called again they , "early shut off" THEY shut us off for non payment! And we asked them to put us on a snow bird suspension. Not shut down. So it cost us over $600 for one month service.

Think they ruined Verizons good reputation. Which we had for over 14 years in Massachusetts. This Florida company is not Verizon's perfect son. Will not use their cable FiOS again.

Trouble is we lost our phone service and Internet too. Just no need for this.

Preferred solution: Put pricing up. Front when setting up service. AND your customers.
