I have been trying to log in from CNN and other TV station own app

But it keeps saying I am not subscribed , which is not true.

I have been tossed around from Department to Department, everybody seems to be passing the buck. They have no clue of what is going on the service beyond imagination

Every since they took over Texas service from Verizon. it has been awful.

All I am trying do is to watch TV shows such as CNN from CNN app

from my IPAD. It keep saying I am not subscribed.

The employees can hardly understand what the customer is talking about, It look like they from Far East country, and cannot understand english.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). dhansuk is overall dissatisfied with Frontier Communications and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about frontier communications tv service at Frontier Communications was pathetic service and cannot seem to fix the problem Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I agree ,they are really lost its like your calling a summer youth program.I just switch providers and I think I'm going to regret it

Advise to new customers , never ever go to Frontiers Comminication for any services. I am going to dump them when my contract expires in Dec I know it is long time to put with jokers.Don,t want to ruin my Credit Score by not paying cancellation fees


This is crazy!! We live in 2016 and yet we are having challenges as if it's 1990s. This is outrageous.
