Frontier account opened using our address and we started getting billed for services we never had. They have repeatedly refused to correct the problem and 6 months after the fraudulent account was opened they turned us over to a collection agency.

Now they say since it’s been turned over to collections they can’t do anything.

Talk about a run around!

Don’t do business with this company! If you have any problem you will get a run around from their so called “account representatives “.

That’s all they have been giving is the run around. So I made the right decision and went with another company.

Everytime you call customer service the first words out of their mouth is “ you called at the right time cause we have a lot of new promotions to offer”. They are not interested in fixing your existing problems just selling you new problems.
