In short, had lifeline credit on Mom's account. Was never notified this had to be renewed annually until I received a higher than normal bill and contacted Frontier and was advised to re-apply. I did immediately submit Lifeline App. 12/30. Called 1/15 and was advised app incomplete, no one advised me, so re-submitted app. In Nov. I have been a Frontier customer for 20 years paying my bill on time for a pretty poor service in return. I barely use the phone service other than to casll Frontier to complain about the terrible DSL service. I have always experienced problems but just recently the line is intermittent, dropping out and or very slow every time I go to use it. Unfortunately where I reside there is no other option, I even have looked at an AT&T hotspot or MiFi.... Read more

Tried resolving an issue re: access to Tennis Channel, both over IP and on tv. Waited over 15 mins for a CS rep to respond. Finally hung up from frustration! Hate this company.

I've been trying to get my internet hooked back up after a move. I've been at my new address almost 3 months and have gotten NOTHING but promises waisted time and frustration. I have spoken to at least 5 different reps in whom I've had multiple conversations with. This last time was the last straw. I waited ALL DAY for them to show up again and Nothing. I was forced to switch to Frontier because they bought Verizon in California. I have had a service tech to my home and the product is still unwatchable. Dvr is worthless. I record games only to come home and find that the recording is unwatchable. Screen freeze, audio skips. I was without service for 5 days and no credit was given. Read more

Turned off video service randomly, two days later, six plus hours of calling and ZERO RESOLUTION THUS FAR!!! This is by far the wirst customer service and experience I've ever had as a consumer. Why did FIOS sell to this terible company?? I will never use Verizon again either. Obviously they don't care about their customers either. Read more

Never had a problem with Verizon service (although their billing practices were questionable) once Frontier took over started experiencing wifi problems here and there. The last few months has been horrible, with the service worsening by the day. While streaming Netflix or Amazon...even YouTube, it begins to buffer then just says we have no internet connection. I was a Fios customer from Virginia. Since I enjoy Fios. I decided to sign up when I moved to Florida . I had to wait 11 days for installation, installer came could not complete job. I had to wait an additional day. The phone service was never installed waited 2 months to get that done correctly.Frontier had the audacity to charge me for it. Have spent 7+ hours on hold and being pushed to "other departments" over the last 3 days. No one knows what they are doing! They can't give answers, they can't fix problems and they can't get my service turn back on from vacation hold. after 5 days finally got service back - the next day a box was delivered by UPS for my return equipment?? So we moved back in September and it's been horrible since !! Took almost a month and a half to get my service turned on , and I had two scheduled dates with no call/ no show !!! It took two months to send me a bill to my new address !! Then my service was turned off because no one could put my new address in the system !!!
