Just found out that even though I pay for 100mb upload and download for my internet Frontier advised they only need to provide 80% service to meet their expectations for customers????? REALLY!!!!! Called to transfer our internet service and was given an 8 hr window. Waited 10 and nobody ever showed up. Not even a courtesy call letting us know they were unable to make the appointment. We called to cancel service (waited on hold for 30 minutes) they say it will be 24 hrs to cancel the transfer of service and then we have to call back again cancel service.

This is the poorest excuse for a telephone/internet carrier ever. They have the absolute worst customer service, and their policies are the closest thing possible to outright legalized theft I have ever experienced.I cannot believe that the State Attorney General, the FTC and FCC permits this company to continue operating (doesn't say much for our regulatory agencies either).

We too had received a mail piece that said Internet services for about $49 and a $200 Amazon card. When calling we explained that we wanted Telephone as well. That when calculated by the Frontier salesperson, it came to about $65. We shared our excitement is stating that it would save us about $20 a month from our existing $75 a month with Comcast.
