It happened when fronteir took over verizon. Our service wasn't great with verizon but 100 times better than fronteir. When we have service its so slow. Im soooooooo sick of it. There is no other service due to being in the high desert. Tgey should not be allowed to charge us top dollar for REALLY SHITY SERVICE
