Disconnects at least 3 or more times a day, or I'll not have service at all for hours at a time, or I'll be able to connect for 5 seconds to 30 min. Their tech support is about as good as calling a 3 your old. They're poorly trained, have no idea what to look for except going through the basics... Like I haven't reset my router before I called. Do not get frontier, it's cheap for a reason!

Today our service was turned off and when we called they said we owed 3 different bills, 2 of which are from 2009, 2010. We didn't even sign up for service until late 2013. They expect us to pay $700 worth of bills that aren't ours. They say the bills are for our address, my boyfriends name, and SS#. He didn't even live in this state back then. We will be contacting BBB and CA.
