Frontier Communications in Keeseville, New York - Poor Residential Service

My phone service has been out since December 27, 2018. I have called three times asking for service, and was told it would be restored Saturday, December 29, 2018. When that did not happen, I called back and was told it would be restored by January 14, 2019. That is 19 days too long for myself, a severe diabetic, and my spouse, who has a heart condition with pacemaker monitored by her heart surgeon via Merlin. We are in a very remote area and must have a phone line for medical services. I also work from home as a farmer and need a phone in order to sell my hay. Theyhave effectively cut me off from my source of income and from medical services for 19 days. That is unacceptable.

Frontier Communications - Worst service ever!

Internet is supposed to work all the time not part time- if i was running a business from home i would go bankrupt for lack of internet service.Happens every Month for at least a few days.Have phone and TV bundled at almost 175.00 a darn Month- Gonna go to Sudden Link by next Month if this is not fixed!

Would not gove me my refund.I have been with them when they purchased Frontier from Verison. I have all the dates/times over the years that I had to call Frontier out.My phone service would go out whenever it would rain or misty rain snow. I had to call Frontier out just about every other week . This also includes my internet service..Frontier lied about not having any records of comming out .How else did my service get repaired. I even kept all my repair tickets They still lies.

They overcharge for what little is provided. They also falsely advertise rates and products/services they don't offer! I was on THEIR website. After inputting my zip code, it said FiOS was in my area, with 4 diff rates. No- there is no fiber optic in my city. Their website also says that they have high-speed internet starting at $20. They REFUSED to give it to me. Said $38 a month was as low as he could go. And that the $20/mn was for only new customers. I told him no where on Their website does it say that. For the second time tonight, after a long hold, they hung up! I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs. :-(

Frontier Communications - UGH...SICK TO DEATH

Someone hit a powerline this week down the road. The city had to replace the pole and reconnected the power, but when I called Frontier they kept wanting me to unplug and turn on and off router. I said, why? THE POLE WAS HIT!! There is no line connected. Had to call again today and she said it will be a week before a man can go look. Jeez
