I moved 5 months ago. I notified Frontier that i was discontinuing service as of Sept 2019. They billed me in October 2019. I paid the bill and again contacted a representative to cancel service. I also wrote the company. Guess what, I got another bill in December. I contacted the Frontier rep again, no one can tell me why I was billed. I filed a dispute 'by phone', I never heard from the company. Today Jan 2020 recived a letter from Frontier collections. No wonder the company stock is in the toilet. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is the worst

Why would I ever check my bill if all I was purchasing was internet? Some type of refund I'm sure is possible.

I subscribed a internet and TV Frontier package and they required a month in advance, the value was $106 that was deducted of my debit card to complete my request. They didn't showed up to do connect the service on the day that was scheduled for and, after two calls I asked to cancel the service and have my deposit back. They said that will send me a gift card with the amount and I never received that. I called again to ask for my refund and they the representative said that he did not have any information about that and didn't find any account in my name. How is that possible? I am until now waiting for this card that supposed to be send in 10 days and never came.

I contacted Frontier to order Internet service. When on the phone with them I confirmed several times the cost of the service and that there was no contract. Once they sent an e-mail to confirm the install date there was a link to: GENERAL RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS This document says; "Your invoice may also contain certain other charges (including, without limitation, taxes and other fees and charges such as account activation, equipment delivery and handling fees, installation charges, and Frontier-initiated surcharges and fees, administrative or reactivation fees, a paper billing fee, or other cost recovery assessments, interest on past due balances, returned payment fees, ETFs, equipment charges and fees and other nonrecurring or recurring charges) and you agree to pay such other charges by the due date set forth in your monthly invoice." Who would agree to pay without limitation whatever they want to charge? I guess anyone that uses there service.
