Frontier Communications - Customer Care Review

Frontier is the only Internet option we have and the worst one. Zero customer service. They never know what is wrong. We have to wait days for a sub contracted tech to come out. They can't even send out their own techs who may know what is going on. Apparently 6mpnths ok service is all one gets with frontier and then the system goes down.

I have called at least 15 times since February 18, 2017 been on hold for over 30 hours. Been lied to by 3 different employees. They wwear they will call me back and straighten this mess they have made. And still as of todat 4/20/17 . Nothing has been fixed.

The worst customer service I've ever and life experience they are not loyal whatsoever to their customers & they overbilled people and their professional at all my phone has been down for about two weeks They've been promising to send a tec out but no one has ever showed.
