when is it all going to get fixed? I pay for a Home phone line and Internet and it should work right, (I have a life alert necklace that works off of my phone line) and frontier is continuously adding more customers and can't handle the ones that they already have....

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life! When I speak with their customer service department, it doesn't even phase them that they have an "F" rating on the BBB website (96% negative reviews). I would never recommend this company to anyone....

Frontier Communications - HORRIBLE

Have been waiting 1 week for LAN line to be connected. Was cancelled first, by whom nobody knows. Haven't showed up for 3 additional appointments and have left me no notices until today that they won't be here until the 23 rd of this month. Incompetence at its best is Frontier!!!

They never installed service yet they keep sending me bills. I call and each time they say they will fix it. After the 5th time calling I received a bill from a collection agency. Are you flipping kidding me !!!!!

I have called at least 15 times since February 18, 2017 been on hold for over 30 hours. Been lied to by 3 different employees. They wwear they will call me back and straighten this mess they have made. And still as of todat 4/20/17 . Nothing has been fixed.
