Frontier Communications - Customer service is a joke
Trying to cancel my deceased fathers account for a month now. Was told early on that I needed to fax his death certificate and my picture ID.
A week after doing that I started calling to check on the progress. No one could tell me anything and my most recent call they told me that I was given the wrong fax #.
These people are a nightmare to deal with.I guess it is going to take legal action on my part to simply close an account. Every one I know that deals with Frontier is frustrated with the way customer no service does not care about it's customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Frontier Communications Cons: Crappy customer service.
