Not sure what the *** happened with regards to the negotiations between Frontier and AXS tv, but we are really, really pissed and are exploring other alternatives to get quality TV. We watched AXS on a regular basis and with the loss of this channel we feel there should be some kind of reduction in price.

Who dropped the ball on this, Frontier??

We feel like weve been definitely screwed by you and what you have left is not worth the exorbitant amount were paying. Please get your act together, or get out.

User's recommendation: Check with other providers/alternatives before signing on with Frontier!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Frontier Communications Pros: Many good channels, Internet.

Frontier Communications Cons: Bad service, Loss of favorite channels with no price reduction or adjustments.

Hello Jack, Our contract to carry AXS TV has expired as of April 1, 2020. Frontier worked hard to negotiate a fair price for our customers.

Unfortunately, AXS TV was asking us to pay more for the same content, and this would have resulted in higher prices for you. We want our customers to be treated fairly and not pay more. Since this channel is a part of a bundled video package, there will be no changes to your bill. We are constantly evaluating our content and will continue to make channel line-up changes that ensure our customers are treated fairly.

Over the last year we have added numerous channels without increasing our customers' bills including Hallmark Drama, Newsy, Bounce, and over 30 Spanish language channels. We know how important your programming is to you and we want you to have access to your favorite shows and content, including those on AXS TV. Many other networks offer similar programming, such as: CMT, FOX (for wrestling), MTV Classic, TNT (for wrestling), USA (for wrestling) and VH-1.
