I am a disabled man confined to a wheelchair. I do not have a cell phone, only a home line that worked just fine for years with Verizon.
My phone has been out for almost 24 hours and I had to get in a wheelchair and go almost half a mile to use the neighbors phone and they told me it would be days before they could even look at it. I asked them if I had an emergency situation what should I do? They told unless I had cardiac issues I would just have to wait. I am an amputee with spine injuries but I live a heart healthy life, so I guess i am just screwed for the next few days.
Crappiest phone company and customer service ever! Looking to find another land-line provider.
