I decided to transfer my tv/internet/home phone service back to Vios.Over a week ago I set the an appointment for installation today, 6/30/17 and they gave me a window of 8am to 12 pm.

It is now 2:36 pm and I have not been contacted by anyone about when, or even if, they will show up. I called twice after finally getting someone in customer service. The first time, which was short after noon, I was told that they were en-route and would be there in about 30 minutes.. After an hour, I call back and was told that I was scheduled but they wouldn't know when they would showup.

The tech support guy said he would try to contact dispatch, but he was in a line waiting to get his call answered.So far, now an hour later and 2.5 hours past the window to get installation, I am still waiting, no contact of any kind from anyone at Frontier about what is happening or if they will show up, let alone when that might be.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I just want to gripe; this is no way to treat a new customer..

I didn't like: Not keeping appointment no notification.
