Since 2013 our company did not have Out of State calling or International. Just before switch from Verizon, Frontier was taking payment mailed to Verizon.

Verizon threatened to shut off phone service. Upon switch, Frontier had almost $700 in credit for the first month. Next month, Frontier conveniently send a bill using up every single cent in credit with "Fraudulent calls made to Cuba". Interestingly enough, we cannot call ourselves outside of our area up until this week 11/22/16.

I just realized this today because my assistant called an out of state supplier. Frontier refuses to refund those charges and issue full credit along with all late fees associated. They insist we have to install a device at our expense to restrict international calls. How about that!

You pay them for a service and leave out options you don't need; international and out of state calling, They religiously take you fees monthly and demand you make the expense to do what they are responsible for. In the meantime, the late charges accrue and call repeatedly for payment. This company needs to be sued for misconduct.

I strongly feel they intentionally created those charges to avoid the credit. Besides, not having the international calling service on our account doesn't make us responsible for them.
