They charged more on my bill than what they should have, I called to have it removed. They said for sure they will remove the extra $100.00 they should not charge.

Frontier still took the $ out of my account so I put a stop payment on them. Then they tried to charge me $150.00 for putting a stop payment on $ they were not entitled to. I have called them so many times!!! I paid my bill, we agreed I would not pay a stop payment fee of $150.00 and that 100.00 would be removed.

Frontier turned off my internet 2 days later and I have to say, worst company ever to try to deal with. They say one thing and do another.

This was not the only incident with them, every time they messed up. Bunch of liars.
