Last year I spoke with the local account representative when I had a significantly less expensive offer from a competitor for phone and internet. The offer was for about $1000 less than my previous charges.

They continued to charge at approximately the same amount, give or take a few dollars per month. The rep did not return my messages for a while. In November she did finally say that the charges would be corrected and I would be refunded the overcharges.

As of February this has not been fixed and again the rep is not responding. The billing department was also of n help

Reason of review: Dishonest sales tactics.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Frontier Communications Cons: Charging more than offered price.
