New ReviewerI cancelled services with this Company on April 7, 2018 with the understanding that I had a pending credit of $21.11 for April. Received a bill forwarded to new address in NC for total of $52.25.
(Obviously I had been billed for May and June plus late fees minus my $21.11 credit. Attempted to resolve the issue via telephone with "Roxanne" and " Valerie" to no avail. This is the most dishonest company I have ever encountered and while the customer service people tryed their best to "Justify" the bill, the numbers just do not add up. I never received my credit and after almost an hour on the phone, I finally just gave up.
I think this is their MO, they hope you will finally just give up and pay the bill. I have always paid my bills on time and have outstanding credit; companies like these make me furious.
