I tried to correct an incorrect billing error. I called Frontier Communications customer service.

After waiting 15 minutes, "Mike" answered but could not find my account with my name, phone number and address. Finally he asked for an account number. I explained the problem then he argues with me. I asked him to provide a copy of my "contract" but he could not but still asserted that I still owed the incorrect amount.

He made no attempt to help resolve the problem.

He put me on hold several times while he went "to check something." On the last time he put me on hold, I waited 5 minutes then he transferred my call to another *** with a 25 minute wait time. Frontier Communications "service" is unacceptable and horrible.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $181.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Frontier Communications Cons: Having to spend hours of my time to fix your error, Not being helped, Being hung up on twice, Liars and that is what they do, I did not like waiting on the phone for days.

Frontier should be embarrassed of themselves. They must train their customer service representatives to lie.

They offered me low cost upgrades then when the bill came I was charged over what was promised.

There is no recourse for the consumer who is promised a service and is charged for it yet we don't receive it. What can I do?
