Signed up in August for internet and Fios TV service, with $300.Amazon gift card.

Have several outages, spend hours on the phone. Biggest problem was they sent me notices of service being discontinued due to no payment. All bills paid on internet, have my bank proven receipts. Didn't hear from them, assume they got their act together.

As for the $300. gift card, been told every month, next month..... Frontier is abusing their customers trust. They lie and cheat.

Will give them another month, and will move on if they don't shape up.

Should had stay with DirecTV and AT&T.They need 100 words to proceed, ridiculous, have better things to do than write a newspaper.,,,,,,,,,
