We called for service on an existing account in July. We got so frustrated with them that we ended up cancelling and going with a different provider.

Frontier ended up creating a 2nd account and now want to charge us for 2 months of service even though we don't have any Frontier equipment and don't have anything from Frontier feeding into the house. We called and they said they can not do anything about it and that because it is a new account, we would be penalized if we cancelled it. I told them I had no good reason to have a 2nd account considering they had such horrible service on the 1st one. I advised them that there was absolutely no way we would intentionally open a 2nd account to not have any equipment or service.

They said the only thing they could do was open a fraudulent ticket.

I said so you are going to investigate yourself for fraudulently opening up account for customers. Ugh.
