I have spent hours on the phone with frontier, stopped by the store and even used the chat option - no one to date has been able to help resolve my issue besides pending a manager callback for over a month now. My bill is coming in at the wrong price, over 2 times what I signed up for with threats being made to disconnect my service yet I’m pending for a supervisor to fix!! So frustrating, and had I known Frontier was going to lie upfront like this would have gladly stayed with Spectrum who I had no issues with - only switched over due to the flier I recieved for $80 a month!

Frontier Communications Cons: False advertising, Threats to disconnect service as i wait for them to fix the bill, No callback and no supervisor ever there, Cancelled old provider based on lies of frontier not honored.
