Hello PissedConsumer1736653, We would not refuse a transfer of a phone number with out cause. For example one common reason why a number may not be ported over, is if there is a PLOC freeze (Primary Local Exchange Carrier freeze) on your account, which is a security feature.

Prepaid deposit, service tech said wouldn't work at location. Cancelled service and 8-16-19 still no refund. Thinking about going to see State Att. to report for fraud. Refund now before further action is to be taken.
