Why must you wait almost a week to have someone come out to fix the equipt.!? Maybe they should hire mire help? Called several times to have the phone id coreccted. It is tottaly a different name. Still not fixed! After being on hold for 15min each time you call then getting no results...very fustrating. First of why wouldnt you have the correct id associated with the ph # when it was first installed. This has been going on for over a yr.

Frontier could be the biggest liars on the planet. I was a customer in Florida who was acquired from Verizon FIOS. I was told I was under contract despite my prices going up over $40 a month. My advice to anybody out there is get rid of Frontier Communications if you have them and if you don't stay as far away from them as you can. I am so bitter that even though there is no affiliation I won't fly Frontier Airlines. That is how bad it is. When cancelling I was told about being under a contract that I never agreed to. I called last year to inquire about deals since my 2 years was up and they said "There is nothing we can do". Shame on me for cutting the phone off and dealing with these jerks for another year but I learned my lesson.

When I called in a payment, all our premium channels disappeared. After numerous phone calls over the course of 5 days, we had some stations restored. Yesterday, I spent several hours on 3 different occasions trying to get STARZ back. I was repeatedly transferred betwen customer service and technical support for over an hour by various employees who were going to fix problem and finally ended up on phone with some guy from DISH TV. Recorded every minute of it on video

I received a bill in Dec. 2016. My husband spoke to a rep. from Frontier comm. Found out that the bill was a duplicated account. The account was suppose to be discont. and bill credited to $0. March we receive a bill for the account. The account was disconnected and a letter that they wanted the equipment back. I had no equip. called again. since March 9th I made a dozen phone calls. three time I was suppose to recieved a fraud form to fill out. It was not sent because they stated they did not have my address. my other account had an address that they confirmed to me 3X's. Today I called to confirmed what Lawrence state the account would be closed and credited. It wasn't! Now, Tammy said she has taken care of this as no one knows how to explain and understand the reps. language. No one knows how to tell a story! Now its hit my credit. Not my fault but the incompetence of Frontier and the people they hire. Tammy, the rep stated that it is going to take 30 to 60 days to get this credit to the account and close it, along with clearing their *** up on my credit. I requested a confirmation letter to prove this should not have gone to my credit. She stated they do not have one. So I am suppose to believe that the job will get done and my credit cleared. Sad but I dont believe her. My contract comes up in Sept. It will be cancelled immediately even if I have to go with out service for a while. I would never rec-command Frontier Communications. go with someone else.

Because no one could do the simple solution of cancelling account that was duplicated, no one could change address correctly & you screwed up my credit you would think a letter of confirmation could go out to confirm you(frontier) corrected the mistake.

I never received a printed bill that I was quoted over the phone from day one . Bait and switch, a crime. I learned from a mid level phone tech they make deals and the managers rescind without calling, you learn 30 days latter, with the bill. They also only once out 5 credits promised on the next bill delivered. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had spent hours on the phone with multiple levels of authority trying fix problem with bills to no satisfaction. In the end their 50/50 internet would drop to 10/ 3 and at times the only thing that would load was Google home page . This is with no streaming.

All our horrors began as Verizion was sold to Frontier The take over was completely botched on every level by Frontier 1 We had been in Limbo for over 3 mos not able see bill on TV system and bills have not been coming 2 When I called spoke to Frontier CS Agent right when transition took place from Verizon to Frontier The agent "Told us to just please be patent until the changes are made Also he agent said Frontier would be given us a year FREE of Amazon Prime Finally she told us we will know everything is complete soon as we see Frontier everywhere that use to be Verizon None of this ever took place along with the Frontier Agents Promise that We Would Not End Up With a Massive bill of over a Thousand Dollars that we would have to bear by No Fault of OUR OWN Due to Frontier Communications Takeover of the Verizon Fios System and the the completion of the system change over We ended up with our credit rating damaged and Frontier Ranking up Billing after system was shut off 3 During the over 3 mos both are cable and internet connections had gone off & on With the High Speed Fiber Optic internet connection becoming The Low Speed Connection every night I attempted to calmly resolve all the above issues by call Frontier CS which was found to be totally in disarray Agent and CS Managers unable to even find our account for over 2 days (This was in July of 2016) Saying on the phone please bear with us we are having systems problems with finding your account info On The 3 day of being on the on Hold Merry Go Round only to be endlessly transferred over and over company person to person only to have my calls dropped over and over again. Frontier disconnected our Fios TV connection Telling me your in collections now you have to deal with them to resolve the problems Upon reaching Collections they where in an even worse technical *** as the women (That was very nice and honest said) "I cant wait to go home this is the worst job and company I have ever work for" Finally my last effort to resolve this was to go into the Frontier Office in Tampa in person Where I was meet with we cant do anything for you have to have CS fix all the problems CS then says you have to resolve the problem with collections and collections now is saying you owe us over a $1000 dollars and we need paid right now the past due $700 Exactly what We where promised over and over again by your CS Agents would not happen. As I am in the office on Frontier phone I see $400 Discounts for new people signing up and am promised by the CS person on the phone I will lower your bill that's all I can do. I told her that rips it I have been very calm and nice attempting to resolve all the problems created by Frontier That we will only pay the $200 to begin the process of clearing all this up However will not be made at fault for all your company problems do to takeover and need up front what you say we owe you discounted... at lest $400 or more and we need in writing and in a email before we pay anything all. Our effort to pay them ended with them not be able to even process a payment or agree in writing to a payment arrangement I was told OK, and said otherwise when I walk out the door and get NO Email to this effect The Attorney (my girlfriend Lara LaVoie L&K PA) will be calling next and Frontier will be turned into every consumer complaint agency on the planet along with being hit hard with all the other multitudes furious customer's on Facebook right now posting how bad you are and you treat consumers I informed them maybe a class action consumer law suit would help Frontier Communications to see the wisdom in taking responsibility and fix all the problems created by the company that have hurt people's business along with peoples credit ratings and wasted peoples time for no good reason at all We in the end turn them into BBB found Frontier had a F rating We also contacted the Florida state DA turned them in there and Lara and her firm are putting together the Class Action against Frontier Communications in the Tampa region Here's is just one of the multitude of Facebook complaints James Lemyre posted: Ever since Frontier took over for Verizon in Tampa life with internet and TV and phone has been a living ***. Your customer service is horrible. If you were a waitress you'd got zero tip and I'd never return to your restaurant. Recently we scheduled a tech to come out to the house. Frontier cancelled the visit without telling us. Customer service rep was rude, patronizing, and condescending. We will be calling back tonight and I'd we don't get satisfaction, frontier can expect a shitstorm on social media, emails to the attorney general, Pam Bondi and complaints with the BBB.
