Frontier Communications - Fraudulent and illegal billing after cancellation
I called and cancelled my service with Frontier on June 8 effective immediately, "Joe" said they will send a box to collect their equipment, called back on June 15 to inquire about the box, was told by "Teresah" (spelling by the Rep.), she said my service is scheduled to be discontinued on June 23 due to the paper work processes, how conveniently, in reality fraudulent and illegally they charge a customer for two weeks because of their paper work process.
I should say that I was with Verizon for over 15 years and had no problem in service till they switched me to Frontier and the problems started, TV channel pixelation on almost 2/3 of the channels, internet dropping and when stable very slow.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

I am still being billed for services that were cancelled on April 25th. The account was closed and I moved away on June 1st - to date (August 1st) I am still being billed, we are at $854 now....I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau because I am tired of calling and chatting online with Frontier.
This has to be some form of harassment?
