I made the mistake of signing on with Frontier Communication May 1st 2017. I bundled phone , internet and cable and was quoted a price of $102.00 for the first six months then $144.50 for the rest of a two year contract.

My first bill came in at $186.87. After two phone calls they basically gave me a $50.00 credit for three months. Their excuse was that the representative misquoted me because he handles many states with many different contracts. I stated I wanted what I was quoted and I was sorry they hire incompetent people but thats not my problem.The supervisor Rick, said they could do nothing else on my behalf.

I wanted to know if my conversation with their rep was recorded. I was told they record conversations randomly and basically wouldn't address looking to see if the conversation was recorded. It didn't matter their employee made a mistake I have to live with it.

I won't be living with it for too long. On to the next provider!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $375.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Frontier Communications Cons: Agreement of service not honored, Run around lies.
