Frontier has the worst customer service who tell you whatever they want and it is ALL lies! I was thrown into their scamming company bwhen Verizon sold to Frontier.
They billed me whatever they wanted regardless what you say, keep you on hold for HOURS (literally!) and when you are promised it is all taken care of, the next bill you receive is even more! It is impossible to get anything solved with them. The so-called customer service agents lie and nothing changes even though they swear it has all been taken care of. This company scams their customers.
They should be put out of business!! Beware of being caught in their web of LIES.
