Frontier Communications in Kalamazoo, Michigan - Extreme unfair customer service

We cancelled our Frontier Service the 31st of July. We have a $41 credit coming back. that we have not received. We called again today and was told it may take ANOTHER 2 - 3 weeks to get our money. AND. we are NOT getting $$ we are getting a stupid prepaid Master card. Totally unacceptable. If I didn't pay my bill, I would have been shut off long before this.

This is so unacceptable. I had a $20.18 overpayment on my account when I discontinued service with Frontier Communications. (The overpayment by the way was because THEY miscalculated my last bill.) I had to wait 90 days for a refund AND when I got the refund it was on debit card and was for only for $16.42. It turns out that Frontier also charges you for the debit card in order to get your refund. Bad service - bad customer relations. Unacceptable Frontier Communications!!!!

The letter was wrong and the card did contain the full amount of refund. This issue has been resolved.

Frontier Communications - Where is my refund

Closed my account back in June. Returned my equipment so where is my refund. All i get every month is a bill with a credit balance of 80.14 but no refund. Jerked me around for months prior to me closing my account. Poor customer service and double charging my bill. Now im getting jerked around for my refund. Good ridance to this company.

Hello PissedConsumer1661700, It can take up to 3 billing cycles for a refund to process. If you disconnected in June, you should be due to receive that refund soon.

Caller ID suddenly stopped on my telephone. When I called the technical service number all I ever talked to was a computer. After wasting my time with no result the computer voice would say "goodbye". My question is with such bad service why are they still in business?
