Northeren California frontier Internet and phone service is absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Poor customer service and unknowledgeable technicians. If you have any other choice in an Internet provider- take it! It's a guarantee that you will be very disappointed and continuously frustrated in Frontier!

Horrible, no reliability with internet or cable . Service tickets have an expected resolution date of almost a week. Bill inflation and mismanagement. If you go to Ruth Chris and order a $75.00 steak you expect that, not a microwave hot pocket . You expect me to pay almost $200.00 a month for barely basic cable and speeds slower and less reliable than weak LTE.

First they somehow opened two accounts in my name so all the payments were going to wrong account I had show proof by submitting bank statements just to get credits.They shut off my service and when I went to "walmart" which is where I was told to make a payment in person they still didn't not showed I paid I had to scan and sent them copy of my receipt. Signed up in August for internet and Fios TV service, with $300.Amazon gift card. Have several outages, spend hours on the phone. Biggest problem was they sent me notices of service being discontinued due to no payment. All bills paid on internet, have my bank proven receipts. Didn't hear from them, assume they got their act together. As for the $300. gift card, been told every month, next month..... Frontier is abusing their customers trust....

Signed up for bundle of Dish, phone and internet.Called before 3 month promo expired to cancel premium TV channels. Was charged extra for 4th month for premiums. Called numerous times finally was told that error was made on behalf of DISH. Was to get credit for bill. Never happened.
