First they somehow opened two accounts in my name so all the payments were going to wrong account I had show proof by submitting bank statements just to get credits. They shut off my service and when I went to "walmart" which is where I was told to make a payment in person they still didn't not showed I paid I had to scan and sent them copy of my receipt.

I'm being charged 186 dollars a month when I have called over 10 times every channel shows updating your service to your new provider. Tech support is useless they cannot fix and then I'm told to call customer service which I get a run around. This is the worst company ever and they just continue to *** over billing wise for poor poor service. no one there knows what they are doing when you do call or I get told a different thing every time I call.

I have names and dates of so many people I have talk to with no resolution I just gave up.

I am paying almost two hundred dollars a month just for Internet ( not even the highest speed) and both boxes I have I don't get but 4 channels! I'm so sick of them I wouldn't recommend anyone using them for cable or internet service trust me you will regret it!!
