No one speaks English and they hang up on you if they do not like what you are saying. There are no 'supervisors' either. I was on hold for over 2 hours and then got "disconnected". I would not recommend Frontier to anyone looking for TV or internet for this reason alone. If you simply need your bill adjusted they refuse to help. It is almost like they are trying to get rid of accounts by screwing people over. Not to mention the Cable...

My cable was installed last week. More than half of the channels didn't work because they were apparently not activated correctly. Then a couple of days later there was an error code, which was invalid when I tried to follow the instructions to correct it, leaving my tv screen black with no channels at all.
