Frontier Communications - Poor Cutomer Service

Wanted to condense two phone lines to one. Thought I was all set, but no one came out. Called and I got the round and round to department. No help, I have a 85 year old mother I can not call and no internet to keep a eye on her. Something so simple yet no help. One company should not own all the landlines in the USA.
