I 100% agree with this review.Every time I call in, I am bounced from one department to the next only to be told I need to go back to where I started. It has been 10 months since Frontier took over all the Florida accounts.Since then I have had 3 different phone numbers, intermittent service and billing issues. This is the poorest excuse for a telephone/internet carrier ever. They have the absolute worst customer service, and their policies are the closest thing possible to outright legalized theft I have ever experienced.I cannot believe that the State Attorney General, the FTC and FCC permits this company to continue operating (doesn't say much for our regulatory agencies either).

I just had my installation done by front tier and even though I had a little issue with what day they were coming the technician came on Saturday and work for three hours until there was a power outage in my area and he had come back on Sunday and he got it all working and I had a very good experience. The technician could not have been any nicer or more cooperative.
