I just had my installation done by front tier and even though I had a little issue with what day they were coming the technician came on Saturday and work for three hours until there was a power outage in my area and he had come back on Sunday and he got it all working and I had a very good experience. The technician could not have been any nicer or more cooperative.

The worst customer service ever!! They lie, they shuffle you from one Person to the next and the next. They offer things they cannot fulfill. Something need to be done!
