Frontier Communications - Pathetic customer experience and still no choice

Have been reaching out to Frontier customer care. They aren’t giving any sort of solution. I am one unfortunate consumer who cannot take any other services than Frontier. Still no on came to instal and they change the dates and still supervisor do not have a proper explanation.

So pissed at the incompetence of the customer service experience of this company. Not only was I transferred over and over to representatives on hold for over an hour waiting for a supervisor! Then the bottom line was when they pretended not to hear me and hang up the phone. So upset with this company.
