Frontier Communications - The worst customer service I have ever experienced

I have had no internet service for 2 weeks and have made over 10 calls to Frontier. I am still waiting on a new modem to be delivered. I am on a call with Frontier now. The call has lasted more than 1 hour. I am speaking with a manger now who does not seem to have any idea what is going on. {{Redacted}} Unfortunately, in my area, there does not appear to be another provider.
