Called to reinstate my service that was on vacation. Put on hold and was forgotten. Called again and was informed that the order was placed. Both representatives VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!

Frontier Communications - Easy to buy a service and impossible to issue a complaint on Frontier's website.

Details
Yes, I would like to issue a complaint and was referred to frontier communications on line. I have spent 40 minutes trying to issue a complaint. There is no way to do it and I have to catch a plane 6 am and have to give up. I was trying to get a credit on my bill for not having a DVD for a month and learned that the technician that restored by service never submitted a ticket.

Do yourself a favor a drop this company. Take it from me, I’ve had nothing but trouble with them.

Shuting off the wrong service to double billing me, standing me up not showing for repair work that they caused due to THEIR errors.

Even making wait over four months for my refund after closing down my account. So when you return from your plane trip, look for a reputable company.

Frontier Communications - Need help

I am a case worker for the Wyoming County Office for the Aging NY. From April 2019 my client and I have been working on getting approved for Lifeline. It was denied 5 times and finally on 9/6/19 it was approved. Meanwhile my client's phone bill is approximately $55.00 per month. She cannot afford that bill. She has to have a Frontier phone as she has a medialert to use for an emergency. I was told today that the Lifeline cannot be backed up and she has to pay about $86.00. Again she cannot afford this.

Caller ID suddenly stopped on my land line. When I called technical support all I ever connected with was a computer. After wasting my time the computer said "goodbye". I called several times but the result was always no service.
