We pay every month for internet and not getting a quarter of internet we are supposed to get and me and my neighbors want better internet run down our road. Why can't y'all run it down here when it runs across at the end of our road?

DON'T | Frontier Communications in East San Gabriel Valley, California

Frontier is the worst service provider ever. We have 3 DSL lines at our business with 10mbps for each line. However only get 2mbps each. How is it that you pay for something and get crap. FCC does nothing about it and after discussing options of a better service plan. They purposely drop our main line service every morning at the same time in order for us to upgrade the 3 times the amount of fees.. SCANDALOUS.. FYI: Head tech in Pomona Marcus Shields never calls back.

All DSL contracts or well any kind of ISP agreement says up to. Some companies have a business minimum .

DSL is distance based so if you are only getting 2Mb that is probably all you will get. I would look at cable , but rates are still high.

In the past week we have been without/limited internet for six out of the seven days. Once again we are without internet service from Frontier Communication with no action on their part. They keep you on the phone for extended times while they attempt to run a speed test and we have no service at all. They won't send out a service person and I finally talked them into it and it is six days out.

3 weeks no internet no technician | Frontier Communications in Middleway, West Virginia

Details
Our internet has been out for more than 3 weeks. When I called in and actually got a human on the phone they say they’re “working on it” that it’s a system outage due to upgrading the system (for 3 weeks!?). We lost internet during a thunderstorm around the house and I can’t get them to come out and replace the box or even send me a new box. It’s obviously fried again.

Worst internet service/ no refund/ tech accepted company know about issue in my area | Frontier Communications

From last 1 year I had more than 6-7 service calls when tech came to my home . Called tech support more than 25 times . Because my internet stops working.it just drops. One time while chatting with a tech he accepted area surver allready told top management about issue in my area ( I have printoutof chat)but they never fixed it and now after a year of service they are offering me only $47 refund. I wasn’t able to give my fax number to anyone from 6 months because I don’t know when someone fax me it will be working or no. I pay 102$/ month for 10 days of working internet.i go to Starbucks every morning because my internet doesn’t work. It’s a fraud and am going to court with every thing I have .

10/22/2019 Still unresolved. Ended up contacting "Office of the President" at https://frontier.com/office-of-the-president-form on 9/23 and finally got to talk with someone.

While they are now responsive and apologetic, nothing has changed. Appointment for repair made...
